I love cooking with Cast Iron! There have been times when my cast iron skillets didn't look so great. They were rusty from water sitting in them. I wished I would have known about the salt and potato trick when I was trying to clean mine. There are times when cast iron skillets can be found very inexpensive because they are rusted. Keep an eye out and buy them when they are cheap. Use the video as a reference on how to clean them. I have stopped using nonstick pans and use an assortment of sizes of cast iron skillets.
