Tip #4 is for both the bathroom & laundry room. This tip is about laundering towels and washcloths that are used in the bathroom. I never buy or use fabric softener first because they cost too much and second I don't like the strong scents that most of them have. I use plain old white vinegar in the rinse cycle, your clothes come out cleaner and softer. The vinegar helps remove the soap from the clothing during the rinse cycle. Less soap =softer clothes. A friend who works on washers once told me that towels don't absorb as much water when you use fabric softener and that fabric softener is bad for your machine. He would know he's been in that trade for 30+ years. I know the vinegar works because I have been using it for over 15 years in all my laundry and no my clothes doesn't smell vinegar. My towels do absorb water better than before, it makes drying off after a shower quicker too. Try this tip and comment below. Happy Healthing!!
